Take I-10 Westbound through Baton Rouge
Cross Mississippi River Bridge
Take first exit off bridge, exit 153 for LA-1 toward Port Allen
Keep left at the fork and follow signs for LA-1 S/Plaquemine
Take LA 1 S for 13 miles to Plaquemine Historic District
Turn left on Plaquemine St
Turn Left on Church St
Keep right to stay on Church St
The museum is on the right corner of Church and Main St, directly across from the Plaquemine Lock Site and historic St John’s Church

Coming from Donaldsonville:

Take LA 1 N through Plaquemine
The museum is on the right corner of Church and Main St, directly across from the Plaquemine Lock Site and historic St John’s Church

Iberville Museum has a handicap-accessible entrance through the back of the Museum. Simply inquire upon arrival to be assisted.
